Eurofins Lab Technician (Buffer and Media Prep) in Andover, Massachusetts

Prepare small (less than 200L) and large (200L-500L) volume buffers and tissue culture media for R&D and pilot manufacturing as per standard operating procedures
Set up and execute non-GMP unit operations including bioreactors, centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, and ultrafiltration/diafiltration
Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP), Sterilize-in-Place (SIP), aseptic sampling, and maintain proper documentation and inventory management
Conduct mathematical calculations for solution preparation, including molarity, molality, percentages, and component volumes
The Ideal Candidate will Have Experience with:
Buffer and media preparation for R&D and pilot manufacturing
Non-GMP unit operations, CIP/SIP execution, and aseptic sampling
Work order generation, data entry, and evaluation
Algebraic calculations for solution preparation
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma + 2 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment, or AS in a scientific field with related experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interface with automated systems
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and walk between buildings
Lift and transport items up to 500 lbs with assisted moving equipment
Handle hazardous materials using personal protective equipment
Follow good laboratory practices (GLP) at all times

Additional Details:
The position is full-time, on-site Mon-Fri 6:30 am-2:30 pm. Overtime will be required on a rotational basis to cover weekend Bioreactor sampling and occasional off-shift operations. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
