Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing requirements for machinery, equipment, tooling, manufacturing methods and processes, and routings.

• Support shop floor in trouble-shooting process and quality problems.

• Prepare routings, process sheets, work instructions, and process drawings and establish feeds, speeds, cycle times and other operating parameters for equipment.

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase LEAN techniques.

• Implement cost reductions within manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial)

• 5+ Years industry experience

• Ability to collaborate

• LEAN manufacturing techniques

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
