Join our team as a Field Finance Manager and play a crucial role in supporting our US-based client with high-level financial oversight and decision- making.

This position is contingent on the award of the project

Key Responsibilities:

• · Lead and manage all financial aspects of field operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for field activities

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize financial processes and cost efficiencies

• Supervise and mentor finance coordinators and other financial staff

• Prepare detailed financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management

• Serve as the primary financial liaison between field teams and corporate finance departments.

  Qualifications:

• · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a BPO or field-based environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance regulations

• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience working with US-based clients and financial regulations is a must
