Job Description
This role is for Japan Memory Health team. Responsibility is to reduce reliability failures.
To achieve goal, need to do mass data analysis, evaluation DOE development, evaluation program development, etc. Need understanding of NAND Flash Device behavior.
Also, this team is global team that work with several other sites/countries. Meetings and communication are done in both English and Japanese. Need high work organizing skills and communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of screening/test methods to improve DPPM and quality
Electrical failure analysis to understand failure mode and model
Data analysis to understand commonality of failures
Development and debugging of DPPM evaluation program code
Qualifications
REQUIREMENT
Possess a Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in any engineering or science disciplines related to semiconductor fabrication
Skill to use C, C++, Python, Java, etc. language
Experience of memory tester and/or ATE system usage.
Fluent in both Japanese and English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)

Bachelor Annual Base Salary 4,700,000JPY
(Monthly Base Salary:305,200JPY | Discretionary Work Allowance / Month :86,400JPY )Master Annual Base Salary 5,000,000JPY
(Monthly Base Salary:324,700JPY | Discretionary Work Allowance / Month:91,900JPY)Doctoral Annual Base Salary 5,700,000JPY
(Monthly Base Salary:370,200JPY | Discretionary Work Allowance / Month:104,700JPY)●Work Type: Discretionary Work or Flexible Working Hours can be applied at your consent.
●30 hours of overtime allowance per month written in above discretionary work allowance is included in annual base salary.
● Short Term Incentive can be paid depending on company performance and individual performance.
● Probation Period is 3month.
> During probation period, work type will be set as Flexible Working Hours.
> There is no change in salary during probation period.
> If there is any overtime work done exceeding 30 hours per month during probation period,overtime allowance will be paid.
> After the probation period, each individual will choose either Discretionary Work or Flexible Working Hours.
