Company Overview:We are a well-established insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Position Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with a variety of services related to their insurance policies. Your duties will include taking payments, answering phones, and handling mail. This is an entry-level position, and no experience is required. We are willing to provide training and support for the right candidate, including the opportunity to obtain an insurance license.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer calls and addressing inquiries related to insurance policies
Taking payments and processing transactions
Mailing documents to clients as needed
Providing high-quality customer service with professionalism and accuracy
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
Eventually obtaining your insurance license with company-provided training
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
No prior experience required - we will train you
Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work well in a team environment
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Most Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
