Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, or packaging industries. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various equipment, including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers. Additionally, you will be skilled in working with electrical systems and maintaining water treatment systems.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers.
Operate and maintain Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) System.
Repair and maintain air dryers, cappers, blenders, case coders, Fuji systems, nitrogen injection systems, fillers, line seamers, dud detectors.
Troubleshoot, program, and install variable frequency drives (VFD).
Work with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power.
Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with RO system, UV system, and Siligan Vision systems.
Machine maintenance on fillers, line seamers, x-ray systems, case coders, and labelers.
Aseptic fillers experience.
Skills in pneumatics, industrial machine maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, steam equipment, and high-speed machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, or packaging industries.

Work Environment
The position includes a shift differential and will be moving to a 2-2-3 schedule in March. The hours are from 6 PM to 6:30 AM, with training on days for 2-8 weeks. This dynamic environment requires adaptability and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $91520.00/yr.
