IBM Market Engagement Specialist in Krakow, Poland

Introduction

The Marketing Engagement Specialist is responsible for candidate attraction and engagement through various (online) strategies, tooling, and techniques. In addition to providing full support to Sourcing Executives via the creation of digital collateral and strategy execution, the MES works closely with Lead Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers, and clients to refine, grow, and follow strategies that provide both a qualified candidate pool as well as a bespoke engagement approach, in line with the client EVP.

The Marketing Engagement Specialist consults on how to improve existing strategies and provides feedback using analytics. They also create new strategies using knowledge of proven tactics and performance in other marketplaces.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies

  • Prepare and execute projects such as email marketing, video engagement, career webinars, gamification, competitor organizational chart mapping, social media, talent communities, mapping professional and alumni association

  • Conduct and present market research on candidate data, including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply, and demand reports, and identify top target companies, competitors, or talent pools

  • Train Recruiters in best practice sourcing and engagement techniques

  • Consult on time-line expectations and job description

  • Perform queries and searches in (ATS) Applicant Tracking System or CRM Candidate Relationship Management databases for qualified candidates

  • Coordinate activities around pipelining for specific projects and campaigns across different business areas and geographies for active and passive talent

  • Participates in individual and group video calls with key stakeholders and related teams

  • Prepare utilization reports for LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools

  • Assess sourcing support availability and bandwidth

  • Spot-check daily reports to maintain efficient Sourcer bandwidth accuracy

  • Review requisition assignments for high performance and proper alignment with each request

  • Create and edit recruitment marketing collateral

  • Project management of Sourcing Executive deliverables

  • Help setting up new hire credentials for (ATS, CRM, and Job Boards)

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Required technical and professional expertise

  • At least 2 years in a client management role working across a variety of stakeholders

  • Project management experience

  • Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to travel if required

  • A strong understanding of the social media space

  • A strong understanding of conversion marketing

  • Drive social engagement and build relationships with prospective candidates through a CRM

  • Prepare reports/findings summarizing the effectiveness of social media strategies

  • Manage paid campaigns in multiple channels, for example, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin

  • Project management of social and talent community deliverables

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Ability to work independently and proactively develop client relationships.

  • At least 1 year of experience writing in a professional capacity
