Job Summary
Direct the work of a Sales team. Develops annual sales quotas, oversees and implement sales strategy within Sales team. Maintains a high level of professional sales governance knowledge and contribute to the success of the team. Collaborate with BV offered solutions to solve client's challenges and needs. Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our clients and positioning ourselves effectively in the marketplace. May have P&L responsibility depending upon the level of role and area of work.
Key Responsibilities
Build organizational capability and effectiveness
Lead effective subsegment business development
Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive positioning in the market
Provide subsegment Account/Client Strategy and CAM oversight
Identify Account Tier for Sub-Segment
Develop and execute Large Account Management Process (Gold Sheet) for Tier 1 Accounts
Lead the "Zippering" process for BV professionals and their counterparts inside the Client organization
Be the voice of the Client within BV
Ensure Client Satisfaction Surveys are submitted and respond to feedback as needed.
Coach Sales Team, as needed, in Miller Heiman Strategic Analysis (Blue Sheet)
Implement strategies that enable the Sector to obtain new business sales
Coordinate with other Sectors in pursuit of new business sales for the benefit of the entire company
Develop and implement the strategic go-to-market framework
Motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
Understand how to align company business goals with Clients
Communicate concise strategy for sales/client growth to executives and sales team.
Governance of business decisions within assigned portfolio.
Maintain industry relationships; develop new client accounts.
Evaluate key metrics and apply to strategy.
Understand Sub-Segment's client's business and strategize with sales team on account management.
Thorough understanding of the timing of new business.
Deep understanding of the commercial deal; including margins, risks, terms & conditions, etc. #LI-RK1
Management Responsibilities
Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred, with technical or business focus. Relevant experience in lieu of degree may be accepted.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically 20 years of experience within the EPC industry, including 10 years in sales or project execution. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required.
Experience developing, maintaining and executing strategic sales plans
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly, and to convert technical or complex information and concepts into easily understandable content
Firm understanding of competition and differentiators.
Experience using Salesforce is preferred
B2B sales experience
Experience managing a sales team
