Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PCB Coating Operator for a swing shift position from 3pm to 11:30pm, with overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. Experience with conformal coating, preparation, and masking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate conformal coating equipment.

• Organize daily workload to achieve productivity goals.

• Inspect coated boards; adjust, touch-up, and remove boards for rework as needed.

• Report any issues to the leader or upper management.

• Ensure proper ESD and safety/protective gear protocols are followed and maintained.

• Perform basic daily machine maintenance.

• Conduct effective shift/job change-over.

• Ensure work station is compliant with safety and 5S standards (cleaned and organized).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
