Description We are actively seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. The role primarily involves the application of digital project management skills in an innovative and fast-paced industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a range of digital projects, using an array of cloud technologies and Agile Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Leading digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are executed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Utilizing project management systems, particularly Wrike, to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
• Adopting an effective communication strategy to keep all stakeholders abreast of project status and developments.
• Demonstrating high attention to detail by ensuring all project components are thoroughly reviewed and error-free.
• Breaking down larger projects into manageable tasks, and executing them efficiently.
• Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline project workflows.
• Creating effective project templates and frameworks to enhance productivity.
• Proactively asking insightful questions to clarify project scope and requirements.
• Leveraging skills in cloud technologies, Atlassian Jira, IBM, and About Time to optimize project outcomes.
• Balancing respectfulness with assertiveness in all communications and interactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for effective project management and task tracking.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies is needed to manage and oversee digital projects effectively.
• Must possess experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to understand and manage customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is essential for efficient business process management.
• Knowledge of IBM software and systems is desirable for better integration and management of digital projects.
• Expertise in About Time software for effective time tracking and management.
• Agile Scrum skills are crucial for managing and delivering projects in an iterative and incremental manner.
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is needed to manage project finances effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills are required for clear and concise interactions with team members and stakeholders.
