We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Medical Assistant at our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in gynecology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work alongside our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, supporting gynecological procedures, assisting with patient exams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. MA: $90,000-$109,000 annually.

Experience: At least three (3) years of proven work experience in a Gynecology setting

License and Certifications:

MA Candidates: CPT I certification required, CMA preferred

Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care by providing comprehensive and personalized support tailored to each individual’s needs

  • Assist gynecologists during exams and medical procedures, ensuring patients are fully prepared and managing patient flow to promote an efficient and positive experience.

  • Perform essential clinical tasks, including measuring vital signs, obtaining thorough patient histories, and collecting specimens for lab analysis, all while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Provide compassionate, empathetic care by addressing patient inquiries, educating patients about procedures, offering guidance on follow-up care, and ensuring a seamless, comfortable experience throughout their visit.

  • Efficiently manage patient scheduling and coordinate administrative tasks for gynecologists, facilitating smooth appointment bookings, effective patient communication, and optimized clinic operations.

  • Document all patient interactions, treatments, medications, and clinically relevant information accurately in the electronic medical record to ensure up-to-date, comprehensive patient care.
