Job Description

A tech company local to Seattle, WA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to join their Digital Organization. This role is pivotal in driving and executing change initiatives, ensuring that changes are effectively integrated into the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to pivot with change, think critically, and create impactful experiences rather than just enabling change.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years

  • Microsoft Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, and Teams.

  • Agility and Emotional Intelligence: Rapid adaptability and high emotional intelligence to guide teams through change.

  • Collaboration Skills: Proven experience in high-level collaboration across various teams and departments.

  • Problem-Solving Frameworks: Apply problem-solving frameworks to understand the business and human impacts of change and determine appropriate strategies and tactics.

  • Leadership Tools and Data Insights: Utilize leadership tools and data insights to manage the execution of change programs with balanced rigor and agility.

  • Standard Methodology: Advocate and apply a standard enterprise-level organizational change management methodology and tools. - Sales Operations, Customer Success, Data and Telemetry, Accounting/Finance/HR: Experience in these areas is a plus.

  • Data Security, Salesforce, Marketo: Background in these fields is advantageous. null
