How will you make an impact in this role?

This position will be responsible for generating revenue by optimizing full funnel customer journey for both prospects and customers. The incumbent will focus on increasing card acquisitions, boosting card usage, reducing customer inquiries to the call center, and improving customer satisfaction through optimization, working closely with various internal stakeholders, centers of excellence teams and external vendors, and strongly contribute to the business growth of Amex Japan.

The role involves identifying challenges in the customer journey based on data, aligning optimization strategies with relevant stakeholders and executing them in a timely manner. Additionally, the position includes content creation, creative production, and web development as part of the optimization actions. Partial or full website renewal projects should be led by this role.

Also, the role should take the initiatives to support colleagues in marketing organization to track, analyze and utilize the web access data for measuring the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns to support optimizing marketing budget.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Sufficient knowledge and experience of digital and full funnel marketing

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS

  • Solid skill of utilizing various analytics tools, especially Adobe Analytics

  • Project management experience

  • People leader experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Self-starter]

  • Logical, candid communication skills

  • Business English at least reading and writing
