We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Troy, Ohio, United States. The primary function of this role will be to provide support within the Service industry, handling customer applications, managing customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications

• Manage customer credit records ensuring they are up-to-date and precise

• Interface with customers via email, phone calls, and meetings

• Support special projects and other locations as requested or assigned by management

• Address customer and management concerns in a timely, detail oriented, and accurate manner

• Maintain engineering documents, bills of materials, change management processes, and retention, including affected databases

Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills.

• Proven experience in customer service, showing empathy and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Capable of managing email correspondence, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented responses.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.

• Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
